AI InnoVision Reviews: The Company Record, Checked
AI InnoVision is the company behind Alicia Lyttle's summits, courses and certification. This page covers the company itself: its legal entities, its BBB file, its Trustpilot profile and what buyers report. Each program has its own review.
Short version: AI InnoVision is a real, BBB-accredited company with an A- rating, 25 BBB customer reviews averaging 4.76 out of 5, and 3 complaints in the last 12 months. Its Trustpilot profile is thinner and cooler: 3.4 out of 5 from 8 reviews. The company is young as a legal entity (incorporated July 2024), though the founders sold courses online before that. The friction buyers report is about support and the sales funnel, not about training that never happened.

Is AI InnoVision legit?
Yes. AI InnoVision LLC is a registered Florida company with a public address, named officers and a BBB accreditation it pays to keep. It runs real events and sells real training. Our editor bought the AI Agents Course, and the deliverables arrived as listed.
Legit is a low bar, though. The more useful question is how the company treats buyers once they have paid. The record there is mostly good, with a few documented support failures. Read the complaints section before you buy anything expensive, especially on a payment plan.
Which companies sit behind the programs?
Several business names appear on the official pages, and the names change by product. This is normal for a growing course business, but it helps to know who you are paying.
- AI InnoVision LLC holds the BBB file and is named in the earnings disclaimers on the event pages. It was incorporated on July 21, 2024.
- Monetized Marketing LLC is listed by the BBB as a related business. The AI Education Summit footer names it next to AI InnoVision LLC.
- AI Experts Inc., with a Miami, Florida address, is the name in the footer of the AI Agents Course checkout.
- The AI Business Summit, AI Fueled Profits and AI Experts Club pages carry only a brand line in the footer, such as "Ai Business Summit - All Rights Reserved".
Two years in business sounds short next to Alicia Lyttle's 20-plus years online. Both are true. According to the AI Fueled Profits sales page, she and her sister Lorette ran a digital marketing agency and sold courses before they moved to AI in late 2022. AI InnoVision LLC came later. What does the BBB file show?
AI InnoVision LLC has been BBB-accredited since March 9, 2025, with an A- rating. The only reason the BBB gives for the rating is the length of time the business has been operating. Customer reviews on the BBB average 4.76 out of 5 across 25 reviews, and the latest published ones are strongly positive.
The BBB lists 3 complaints, all filed in the last 12 months and all classed as product issues:
- April 27, 2026: marked Resolved.
- May 2, 2026: marked Answered.
- August 20, 2026: marked Answered. A buyer of the AI Agents Course at $997, financed through Elective, says Skool community access arrived about 30 days after purchase, a 1-on-1 consultant call was missed twice, a promotional item never shipped, and a cancellation request sat unresolved for 9 days.
Three complaints is a small number for a company that runs large free events. The August complaint matters most because it describes support gaps on a financed purchase. If you finance, keep your receipt and every support email from day one.
What does Trustpilot show?
The Trustpilot profile for aiinnovision.com shows 3.4 out of 5 from 8 reviews. Six of the 8 are five-star, one is three-star and one is one-star. Trustpilot also notes that the company has not invited reviews recently and has not replied to negative reviews.
The most recent review, posted in October 2026, comes from a summit VIP buyer. It says the recordings arrived only after the buyer asked for them, a promised workbook never arrived, and two help-desk emails went unanswered. That is one unverified customer report. It fits the BBB complaint, where the training was delivered and support slipped.
What do buyers praise and complain about?
Across the BBB, Trustpilot and a Reddit thread on Alicia Lyttle's programs with more than 120 comments, the praise is consistent. Buyers say she teaches AI in plain language, the free summits are generous, and the paid programs give non-technical people a working system.
The complaints are also consistent:
- The upsell funnel. Every free event leads to a VIP upgrade, then a paid program, then the membership. This is the top criticism everywhere.
- Support response. Late access links, missed calls and unanswered emails appear in both the BBB and Trustpilot records.
- Price moves. The AI Agents Course went from $997 to $1,997 between cohorts with no public explanation.
- Hidden pricing. The AI Consultant Certification price appears only inside a sales webinar. Buyers on Reddit report $4,997.
We found no claim of fraud or of a hidden charge on a free ticket.

- Read the refund policy on the checkout page before you pay. The terms are not summarized in one public place.
